5. Shipping and Delivery
All items are shipped fully insured via secure courier services. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. ABAY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or force majeure events.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Custom or bespoke pieces are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
