1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by ABAY. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

2. Pricing

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Prices for rare and investment-grade gemstones may fluctuate based on market conditions. The price at checkout is the final price.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For purchases over $50,000, we offer payment plans subject to credit approval. Wire transfers must clear before shipment.

4. Certification

All gemstones valued over $1,000 come with independent certification from GIA, AGL, or equivalent institutions. Certification documents will be provided with your purchase.

5. Shipping

Items are shipped via insured, tracked courier (Brinks, Malca-Amit, or equivalent). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

6. Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. Insurance coverage ends upon successful delivery and signature confirmation.

7. Returns

Unworn items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all documentation. Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale.

8. Warranty

All jewelry settings come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from wear, accidents, or modifications by third parties.

9. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of all gemstones. If an item is found to be misrepresented, we will provide a full refund plus return shipping costs.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Pottuvil, Sri Lanka.
